Why would they take Our 200s? Don't we owe those airplanes?.

correct, that would be way down the road. And the staffing problem would need to be addressed first

this is true. I suppose what I meant was they take our -200 flying there. Which means our -200s would go somewhere else (MSP, DTW, re-paint and fly for UA, etc).

I think OO's ATL flying is safe as long as DL does not start reducing -200s. Once they decide to redeploy 200s currently flying out of NYC (which has slot issues requiring a certain # of flights be flown by planes with 55 seats or less) or start parking them altogether I think ATL is OO's most vulnerable base

hope you are not in a hurry to work for Endeavor. It’s going to be awhile before hiring starts and ATL is fairly senior base.

Yeah, I remember when typical times in new hire classes went above 4-5000 hours with a lot of turbine time... and several type ratings.

As far as ATL goes. Go look at SkyWest’s prorate market map....Closing ATL is a perfect chess move if your trying to protect the king...
