Not imposing them? I'd say very low. Reducing them? I'd say very high. Settling on a lesser penalty is pretty much the default outcome for this sort of thing.

Good thing there are those of us that are willing to spend nights on the road, miss family activities and be away from our kids to have an airline that can continue to do business. You may think this was an attack on CCB but it is a poke at all the pilots that allow you to have that job.
