Single line item making the correction would be my choice.

I'd probably make a single line correction. If your logbook is electronic, just go through and make the changes on each entry.

How bout this. Airline apps says you can group all you single engine piston and multi engine piston into two total group hours. PC has a selection to do "single piston" and "multi piston".

Currently I have all my single piston totals in one column and multi piston totals in another ...but does SW want to see each and every individual aircraft make/model listed out like FedEx PC?

Thanks!

I didn't put mine as instructor time. They guys asked if I did. He said they would have accepted it if I did. I said I didn't need any more instructor time in my logbook. .

Assuming you have plenty of time above the minimums, the big thing on the logbook review is don't get defensive or turn into a raging a-hole if you are questioned on something.
It's as much a personality check as any other part of the interview.

I adjusted my total turbine -150 hrs to account for the "PIC did you sign for the aircraft" rule. I was typed, sitting left seat, but not the PIC. Made a note, referenced why, and put a sticky noting so.

My logbook was neat, orderly and had sticky tabs with notes so finding the benchmark items they ask for was as simple as looking at the external tab and opening the book at that tab. I used a yellow highlighter to highlight a line or time referenced. 5 logbooks and 10K hours. I labeled each book, 1,2,3 etc. I also typed up a cover letter stating how my times were calculated and renconciled I.e ASEL + AMEL + SIM time = Total Time.

I used excel to make a table for the last 3 years. The row should just be the same tally row from your logbook. Add up each year into a single line. Do this for 3 years, (3 lines). The 4th line at the bottom is the sum of the 3 lines (years).

This give you 3 lines (totals for each respective year.
The 4th line is the last 3 year total.

2015. AMEL ASEL Turbine PIC SIC SIM Total Time
5 1 5 6 0 0. 6
2016. AMEL ASEL Turbine PIC SIC SIM Total Time
5 1 5 6 0 0. 6
2017 AMEL ASEL Turbine PIC SIC SIM Total Time
5 1 5 6 0 0. 6

3 year AMEL ASEL Turbine PIC SIC SIM Total Time
Total 15 3. 15. 18. 0. 0. 18

My logbook review went like this. "I have no questions about your logbook". "So why do you want to work at SWA""?

Your logbook will be reviewed well before you sit in front of someone.
Prepare your material so it can be presented to someone for review without you sitting there having to "walk" them through it. If you have to spend your 20 minutes explaining your math and flipping pages to find something you did not read the directions. If something does need to be explained, then take a minute to do so, or they will ask.
