This is not true. You need 2 out of the 3 to get to the board. Now if you go in and outright lie on the part that you did not do well in, then yes you are toast. For example you can do well on the Logbook, and HR, but maybe bomb the LOI and you will still get the green light to go to the background check. Now you might be on the fence as someone they might hire, and need some good background letter to help you get the yes. But it is not a death penalty if you bomb one part of the interview, but knock the other two parts out of the park.

I got a class of 4/17 yesterday off of a 3/21 Decision Board. One guy from my interview group got a 4/10 slot. Not a bad turn really....

There were only two class selections available, 4-10 and 4-17, on the directed webpage. They said if you needed a later class than those depicted to call them directly. My understanding is there are two class dates a month, with a potential slowdown in the near future for ETOPS training before it picks back up. But I only “know” that based on what I have seen on the forum so that could certainly not end up what actually happens. I am too much of a noob to be able to give much insight.
