I don't think it would be too difficult to sort all the registrants by last name to find duplicates. The instructions clearly say "please register only once". Anyone who would disregard that and register multiple times risks exhibiting a failure to follow simple directions, or worse, a lack of integrity.

Brain fart when signing up. I used my computer’s auto-fill for the email address which is different than the one I use for SWA. Oh well, fingers crossed.

I used a different email on my SW app than I did on pilotcredentials, and a recruiter told me that's probably why I didn't get a call for years. I synced both to the same email address and got an interview invite soon after. I don’t know how it relates to the expo, but using the same email address is vitaly important to link the company app to pilot credentials.

Bummer. Did the form you just submitted ask for any other unique information like DOB or address? Hopefully email is just 1 piece of info used to identify a candidate in the event there are multiple applicants with the same name.

Whether they vette out candidates before they send out invites or not, they only way they could do that at this point would be to align your registration email with a pilot credentials profile email. I can't imagine that they would send an invite out to a random email that they received through this process without knowing who that person is.
