Default Letter of Recomendation

A friend of mine is trying to get on at SW and asked me to write a letter of Recomendation. I haven't worked for an airline before, what kind of things should I include. Are they more interested in his flying abilities, technical knowledge, or his personality?

Character, work ethic, volunteerism. Leadership traits. How long have you known the applicant, how you know the applicant, etc.

Also safety and people/customer skills.

Safety is big. Mav for example was a great pilot, but that didn't translate to safety in his case...
