That’s a great idea. So I’m assuming to get any excess, you’ve maxed out your 401K, right?

22k total

8k into PS account to max out my 415c.

Excess 14k gross or 10k net.

Not bad for a hustling 3 year guy living in base.

Default You’re Welcome!

Just came here to say great work, and you’re welcome for that big profit sharing check! Make sure to post it on here so those guys at the other inferior airlines can see how much y’all got! LUV you!

Funny how guys like WHACK can find the negative in anything. Just out of curiosity if you subtract out those costs you were discussing from your PS how does it compare to what you got at Tran?

If you spent half the time you spend complaining about your company on a forum doing something productive I bet you could make an impact on a couple of the issues you so enjoy ranting about.

I agree! This airline is run perfectly, and we can’t make money if you guys don’t sacrifice! So think about that for contract 2020!

Yea, paying for your own parking, uniforms, and being under paid is how we do it here. Just work more than your peers. If you don’t like it go somewhere else.

From your own post you made 285k last year as a FO. 25k in profit sharing with 20k paid out in cash. How much did your peers at AA make in profit sharing? And you paid zero medical premiums. Bet there a lot of people at your peers that would take zero medical premiums over paid parking.

There are quite a few things to improve on here next contract and I really hope the efforts of swapa pay off in a total rewrite of the contract, but have a little perspective. This is a thread in profit sharing - we all did pretty good in that department.

Twenty percent of the company wasn’t hired before the last contract vote. I’m worried the company will use nickel and dime items like parking and uniforms to modify scope (for example), and we will have takers....
