but then they waste all that gas they save on the off chance they fly one by not being able to use idle power in descents. (See breezeieBoy thread about how they are mitigating the GTF engine issues)

for those that think the A220 would work at SWA have not been paying attention to the problems European airlines that fly like SWA are having.
