Never fear, most of your fellow pilots here don't want to fix non pay related, sub industry standard things either.

It’s getting old dude. We get it, you have no faith in the pilot group.

There is ample reason for that lack of faith, and I agree, it's beyond getting old. Heck, it was old 20 years ago.

You guys really need to start paying attention to what you're voting YES! on, or at least quit complaining when you get exactly what you voted for.

There are many reasons we are lagging the industry in just about every measurable way, and every one of them was the result of a YES! vote.

I knew what I was getting when I voted yes. And I was fine with it. I trusted the NC when they said there was no more juice left to squeeze. Compare us to the other LCC’s and we exceed in nearly every metric. Sure we need more gains on the big-3 and will vote accordingly if I don’t think the TA does enough.

At least you've admitted it.

Get used to sucking hind teat...... It ain't gonna change anytime soon.

Stop being reasonable. Don’t read or analyze any future TA.

Just. Vote. No.

You don’t even have to read it. Takes no time. And then you get to spend the life of that contract lording over everyone else. Some future issue crops up that is less than ideal? You get to say “sorry sucker, you voted Yes.” You get to put cool signature blocks in all your forum posts that read “SAIEW”. Seriously. Why bother educating yourself and making an informed decision when saying “No” is so damn easy and gets you *years* of tsk-ing tsk-ing all the saps.

Bonus: you never have to actually say why you voted No. Make up whatever unicorn fart reason you want regardless of the actual reality in a two-sided negotiation. Use the word “leverage” a lot, though. That will help.

The ones that vote no ARE the ones that read them............

The yessies, unless they've ODed on the Koolaid, not so much.

I flew with quite a few who said they’ve never voted yes and never would. Also same people who said we’d never get a B-fund or 100% retro so I should quit and go elsewhere.
