They’re basically paying people 67 trips (ExTO + VA + NEC) to stay home on ExTO. I’m getting 88 to work. I’m not voting to cut that 88 to closer to 67. If I wanted to get paid 67 I’d have stayed home.
No concessions from me. They can fire half of the VP’s if they want to save money.

My last vacation paid 29.25. My LG bar was worth more. My monthly average isn’t 100 due to vacation. ExTo average is 67.

And once again just another data point on the fact that the BIGGEST reason this place is so effed up in some ways is because the ex-AF “good $hits” kept hiring their “good $hit” “buds” who just like them had no prior Part 121 experience to know what is in the range of normal in the airline world. Instead the ODing on the Canyon Blue juice has continued. Fortunately, there’s an increasing percentage of the pilot group who have a perspective of “normal”. Most of them are not F-teeners.

Anyway....talked to the CP on call at the NOC today. As far as VSP/ExTO:
- They are surprised at the number of pilots that submitted requests last minute and are feeling comfortable that they have enough voluntary leaves and early outs to not trigger any involuntary actions.
- The ratio of VSP to ExTO is better than a third and closer to a half, so that’s fantastic news if true.
