i was only asking because they i heard that they will send a blanket CJO to pretty much everyone that interviews but its only valid when they actually call you after the review board and all other formalities.. which they said was not till next friday..

Gotcha, yeah I’m not sure of the process but myself and one other have not heard anything as of yet. I only know the date they said to hear something which was the Tuesday prior to thanksgiving. The 23rd.

Not sure how it was before COVID, but now there is no initial CJO. You won't hear anything until the decision board meets. Then calls go out that night and the next day.

in person interview the week of 10/25. We were told our decision board was 11/10 at the interview. Starting 11/2 some reported that they were being notified by their internal and external references that they had been contacted. Late afternoon on 11/10 most everyone that had references called were called by a CP or equivalent and congratulated. Late tonight the official CJO arrived.
there were several that received an email earlier this week that indicated they were running behind on their reference checks and they would be pushed to the 11/17 decision board.
looking forward to joining the team!
