If the company has data to support any increase in sick or fatigue calls, maintenance write-ups, or block times (slow taxis, running very methodical checklists) we can probably expect a lawsuit to be filed by the company very soon. OTOH, if this really is management ineptitude, then they won't have the data and won't have the evidence they need to file a lawsuit.

Well if you looked at SWAPA email tonight that can pretty much put to rest any and all calls that there was a sick out. Facts for some are hard to take sometimes but math doesn’t lie and SWAPA has shown there was nothing out of the ordinary. End of story….

I know a certain anti science sect does not believe in math. If you want you can call your rep and ask how they correlated the numbers they will take your call. I’m sure they can break it down seat and base also.

Why does the union even get penalized? If I was on trial and shot the judge, my lawyer wouldn't be prosecuted unless it was proven be helped. Isn't it possible to have representation that's immune to actions it doesn't even endorse?
