I've been here 2.5 years and I can't even come close to holding DAL. And after all the reshuffling with bringing displacements back, I'd be surprised if I could hold it at 3 years. I know, Covid/Max/etc, but my point is nothing is certain.

Where does the BWI on the FO fall in regards to seniority?

Timing didn't work out for you, but for someone joining today they won't wait 12 months for any base, let alone 3 years. Big hiring numbers will mean vacancies in all domiciles.

My best guess is once displacements are corrected 6-12 months to get Dallas.

My new hire class is as able to get it around the 6 month mark.

I would guess right out of class some will get DAL ,once hiring is in full swing. Like someone else said, in the past new hires where getting DAL. Timing is everything.

Funny. When I first read your post, I read it as some new hires get Delta Air Lines right out of class, which is certainly true and will continue to be the case.
