But as more tax base flees socialism, well socialism fails if you can't print your own money.
Lighten up.

Reminds me of some of my friends. They say, you are against socialism. Yet you want a fire department. That proves you are in favor of socialism.

The whole idea of the house of reps with two year terms is that a majority of them would serve and return to private citizenry....over the years we have made politician a lucrative career instead of truly public service.

I was also considering trying to leave. Some factors that are making me stay.
- #1 commuting
- being close to family and getting home quick if anything happens.
- schedule flexibility - most of the time.
- probably second biggest reason for me. Weathered a black swan event, keep sticking it out, it will get better.
if I was already commuting, I would probably be looking elsewhere a little harder.

Doesn’t matter where they have them. The government doesn’t own nature and you shouldn’t have to pay state or federal taxes to enjoy dirt and air. You guys act like income tax and federal land are just facts of life. It’s soooo dumb to question policies enacted by our elected officials.
