Very cool car, but like you say no manual and it’s got Alfa Romeo “reliability”. For my money Miata Is Always The Answer. However, if you’re looking for something more exotic but still somewhat reliable a Lotus Elise if you can find one or an Evora even since it uses Toyota engines. If you have more money to spend, you can never go wrong with a Porsche Cayman/Boxster either.

These last few pages of car talk is some of the best recruiting material I’ve seen from SW. Definitely makes a job more bearable when you can put aside all the aviation BS and find something in common with others.
