New hire training is sort of a do it yourself program and it’s rough compared to other airlines I’ve experienced, but the recurrent AQP is very well done and is a “gentleman’s course”. Don’t get me wrong, you’ll be treated great as a newhire, I just thought it could be better structured.

The training has gotten better. I’ve had better at my regional though. I guess I meant our procedures and SOP more so. Like our autobrakes policy. Don’t get me started 🙄
