I've never met a person who said, "I'm paying YOUR salary" who wasn't an a$$h0le. They might be factually correct, but the kind of person who has that thought surface in their head right away has an ego problem.

My wife who worked in the service industry for years will agree with you. That mentality almost guarantees you're an ******* at best.

Instead of thanking military folks for their service, we should be saying you're welcome to them for paying their salaries
