Math dictates a solution must be found. Organic hiring wont cut it. So the question is, either stagnate or aquire another carrier.

Buying someone else isn’t going to solve the staffing shortage unless that carrier is over staffed on pilots or you’re going to shed some of their aircraft.

Besides, SWA would just screw up the Amazon flying anyway like they did with the WATRS routes they inherited from the last “marriage”.

Agreed. I still believe plan B is Frontier. Lots of young pilots, a second fleet type with tons of airplanes already on the (otherwise heavily backlogged) order book.
