I’m forwarding every one of Bob’s emails to the sexual harassment commissars at the DIE department. Having a 61 year old man I don’t know from Adam tell me he luvs me all the time makes me uncomfortable. If the words ‘bullet points’ in an email are literally violence, then this is clearly an unwanted advance.
My own father doesn’t even say he loves me this often. That might be a whole different set of issues to unpack, but this is neither the time or the place.

Off topic heads up. In the latest On the Radar there’s a link to submit a question for Watterson’s town hall on the 18th. If you click on the link to submit a question, you can read all of the other questions that have been submitted. Someone submitted a question requesting PBS!!!

Back at the time Doom was released, I had a 386 SX laptop with no sound card. I could run Wolfenstein 3d on it, and it would barely run Doom. The sound effects were beeps. I was using my folks house as a crash pad for JFK when Doom came out. My dad bought a 486 DX desktop when Delta started doing all of their stuff online, so I killed a lot of time on reserve playing Doom on it. Much better performance and sound.

All this talk about playing video games reminds me of a post somebody put OTF about a week ago . They had The head of scheduling come into his class and said that pilots do not want to pick up any open time, all they wanna do is stay home and play video games.
I guess they need to rationalize how they treat the flight crew somehow.

To be given somewhere around $400 in gift cards as a "sorry" is insulting considering the thousands of dollars we each lost in profit sharing. Until the board announces that no stock bonuses will be given to VPs or the BODs for the year I will remain salty.
