Ridiculous. Their contact has nothing to do with ours.

Hopefully, their board votes it down.
Whats the market for FAs? Are they the highest paid FAs regardless of equipment? What about our Mechanics or dispatchers? What group at SWA won’t be the highest paid regardless of equipment?

Yes, I agree with this. Almost impossible once the precedence is set.

Better question is what group at WN will be the highest paid in the industry? FAs Delta wins. Mechanics Delta wins. Dispatchers Delta wins. Ground staff United wins.

You will never see a work group at WN the highest paid. Heck even C suite compensation WN is number 4. Wonder why we have the idiots in management we do? It’s because they don’t pay to hire the best.

This is Texas league right here!

For years our stu's and MX were the highest paid.
It was a point i would use when 'discussing' compensation with fellow co-stars who had their skulls up management's rectum.
How could the company afford to pay stu's and MX the highest yet we were always the bottom? Never could get an answer.

Lets hope it passes. The less they spend on them, the more they can give us in our contract.

Polling the FAs shows that most of them don't even care to know much about their contract. Its not our job to look after them. Its our job not to settle for less than industry leading in every aspect.

SWA dispatchers became the highest paid in the industry with their new contract, according to my family member in the NOC. A few steps of their pay scale saw a 40-80% raise DOS. Yes, eighty percent.

Yes, but they deserved it. They had GK convinced they were the most productive dispatchers . (That is a fact )

So productive that on my last trip I had a release that was planned 2.5 hrs prior to push with 2 alternates and a boatload of gas that put us payload limited due to ATOG. WX packet said we didn't need any alternate. Gas already on board so too late to change it....had to do pilot stuff to get 2 jumpseaters on. So productive.....
