This was a MRA which the company was actually not contractually obligated to provide at all... based on average DL/UA/AA/SW/B6 rates *in effect* on 1 Sep.
In the context of gift money from the company, it's better than a sharp stick in the eye, or the regularly scheduled 4% annual bump.

I think the company’s condescending and insulting comments and attitude toward us have already determined the TA1 no vote, no matter what TA1 is; this will be a vengeance vote.
