I don't believe this contract will be that good. Especially if the rumored pay rates are true. The only way they might work is if LCO gets you a bunch of extra pay but with the other comment of "we want to work with the company to elimiate LCO" now you are going to be just above Delta 737 rate AND getting min pay for the month.

Company wins again "Congratulations you got a pay raise but we cut your monthly credit so your W2 is exactly the same as last year!"

So exceed Delta in pay and work less for it? Sounds good to me. I’d rather make guarantee to match this years W2 than work all the extra days I had to for it.

Only you will work the same number of days. Just have more time at the Elegante.

widebody pay ‘til the last day!

How do you figure?

25-30% more pay
No LTD/STD premiums out of your check
LCO override
Override for 10+ hours of duty
Paid parking
Headset/Uniform stipends
Higher per-diem

Just to name a few. Sounds like more money on the days I bid for. Not having to pick up on days off to make the same money.

Yeah have to agree. Would rather make the same money working less days.

Comparing delta's new contract to our old is getting old. Apples to oranges.

WOW! It was mentioned same money for less days at min rig. Min rig months don’t guarantee less days. I guess working over your line. I don’t do that. I’m a line flier.

Then you will see more money for the same days working because of the pay increase and other soft money gains.

Its not enough in my mind. If those rates are correct. I’m also hearing 18 nec going 20. MCBP 1 then upto 2. We should know something between 18-20th. I’ll wait to see but the rumors are fun.
