could depend on whether it’s a product or installation problem. for instance, the Brasilia propeller failures were the result of bad assembly practices at the overhaul facility.

It could become a bigger deal if they discover the engine pylon bolts have cracks. I'm sure we don't take shortcuts with engine changes.
