For the headphone reimbursement, I can confirm it's still auto-rejecting if it's over the contracted amount.

Headphone reimbursements with receipts over a year old are being held while payroll figures out if there are tax implications.

People can buy a new headset, submit for reimbursement, get paid the money, and then return the new headset. Shady but a workaround for sure.

Or just cancel the order before it ships and the charge will never hit the credit card.
