well that actually may work then.

"They’ve got big plans" to stagnate further and further.

SWA likes to make big plans inside of its very small world…. New seats are the next big thing here, bragging about 24 planes w/ power installed and getting WiFi that kind of works. When your world is small to begin with.. everything seems extraordinary.

Had one of those fancy new planes with the USB outlets this week. They didn’t work. Haha

typical. I also just read they aren’t replacing interior on all planes. I get they are cheap but if their brand means so much, they can’t do it half way. You risk fragmenting the brand and losing customers. On one flight it’s new seats and iPad holder.. your next one is the old style. Doesn’t work.

Why update the interior on the -700s that are going to be retired soon?

Have you flown literally every other airline? Lol. Their interiors are a mishmash of every regional brand, former has been brand, old idea and new delivery from the last 30 years.

that I understand.. but w/ all the new max they have taken on you’d think those should be included in the refresh.
