Since no one answered. I know Southwest rented out a bunch of spaces in lot C starting a year or so ago, but I don't know if that is only for on site employees or if people commuting can use them.
Superpark is on airport property lots, they do monthly fees in the terminal lots, I assume you can do one for the futher out lots but I don't know. Parking spot also has a handful that I would guess you can do a monthly fee. Those are the main two but there are others around.

thanks for the insight and time!

Not sure if people care but came back across this thread looking for a certain post and thought I would give some updates.
Concourse D is reopening the back half of next year to preparation for demolition of the old concourses to start. SWA is going to pick up 2 more gates E42/44 when that happens which will put them at 19 total. Once D reopens you will be able to walk between terminals air side. So if someone isn't checking luggage you could enter and exit out of T1 instead of T2.
Below will be the layout and gate assignments while they tear down concourses A/B and build the first half of the new terminal. The Sun Country one is just a placeholder as they will use a city gate, they could end up by Delta if they are even still around, the rest of the gates have now been assigned. Gates E4-24 aren't shown. Don't pay attention to the company plane at each gate, ie a Southwest plane in a United labeled gate, I just copy and pasted planes from other gates to fill the space. D20 is currently planned to be a hardstand.

I heard things, and some picked up in the last couple weeks, but we have been hearing them for what seems like forever.... so I am still in I'll believe it when it is announced mindset. Until then it is just wishful thinking.
100% speculation by me - I do wonder if planning ahead a bit and they do decide to go the widebody route, you can't fly them out of HOU, MDW, DAL so they might be proactive and open another base they could easily use as a widebody base and are considering moving on it now while the new terminal is still under design. Until the terminal is done they already have easy customs access at STL. But that might just be looking with some bias on my part. It might not factor in at all.

Alledgedly, I heard the ramp work at MDW was to accommodate the B787 white tails CNX’d by DOGE recently. On property by Thanksgiving. They will retain the chemtrail plumbing, and add air-refueling cape due to MDW runways. Additional 3Q DL will recert AR for former mil-qualed crews; AF-Heavy specifically. Sorry Lukewaffe. Will serve Narita, Stockholm, Rome, Shannon, Darwin and Bishkek.

Have thought about actually tankering gas? Probably some surplus 135s on the horizon in the near future. We could just fly em to expensive gas stops and set up a FOB on the ground with fuel blivets. Let’s think outside the box here, Bob.

Brilliant! We could do Hot-FOBs, just like Back-in-the Day, no on/off, just gas and go. Say hello to the 10-Minute Turn 2.0
