Holding a line is not as critical at SWA as elsewhere due to the current and upcoming work rules (should not impact a decision about working here). You'll have a trip, if you want (and likely if even if you don't want) - you just won't know your trip until the day before.

could be a few months…or longer. Over 500 displaced pilots that need to get back where they want so things are messed up right now.

Hiring 350+ in Q1 2026 with corresponding number of upgrades.

Rest of year plans still being finalized.
