I think we exchanged info so we’d know who got hired, who didn’t and who was in what class. Nothing to read into more than that…the list wasn’t to help you in any way during the interview. More of a stats list….couldn’t even tell you who I interviewed with now.

that’s what I’m saying, it’s useless and does nothing more then make guys go “75% of my interview group got a TBNT this place sucks!! without realizing that a bunch of guys aren’t participating in the chat.

There are multiple sources for the numbers of CJO’s to TBNT this go around as well.

there is a SIGNIFICANT amount of people on the Facebook groups every single day absolutely throwing a tantrum after getting a TBNT even getting to the point they are turning it into wild conspiracy theories. It’s really ridiculous.

I haven’t seen the tantrums you’re referring to. Most of them only view southwest as a stepping stone to a legacy anyway.

Interviewers are very good…if there’s even a hint of that…you won’t get the job.

I had a couple interviews before here that I only went to because I wanted out of the RJ job and was to the point that I’d go to Spirit, Virgin, etc just as a way out. I’m not a very good liar I guess because when the “why _____” came up I guarantee you I wasn’t selling it like I did SWA. TBNT for every one.

So if you’re at SKW and want out to wash the resume to go to Delta….you better lie really good.

Does anyone know if they have started to have people they cancelled interviews with if they have started to move them along again in the interview process? From what I heard many are still sitting and waiting. With Spirit about to go under looks like it gonna be an even longer wait.
