I've had one reference called and the background check email. I've herd that's a good sign, but since everyone who interviews goes to the DC doesn't everyone have their references called? Is it weird to only have one (that I know of) reference called?
Thanks, just stressing out a little over here.

Not to be negative but, having your reference(s) called and the background check started doesn't hold much weight in this process based on my experience. Just met the DB and was sent TBNT email. All employers called, internal recs, and background check was completed. Thought the interview went great. Mil IP, type, masters, etc. Not sure why but no dice this round; just wish they would give you feedback. Heard less than 50% selected last round...can't say I believe "it's yours to lose" based on those stats.

TBNT email on 2July...day after board.

Also, some in my interview group got a CJO call two weeks before the board...so anything is possible! Good luck!!

I don't believe any specific class dates beyond 22 July have been announced. All they have told us is to expect 288 new hires for the rest of 2015. That would be 11 more classes of 24 per class beyond the initial class. So probably a class every couple of weeks. Classes start on Wednesday, with your intro social the night before.
