Default Benefits Comparision SWA - Legacies

Looking for a good comparison between the Big 4 particularly SWA vs American. I have researched and have pieces of the info but not all. There may be a thread newer than 2011 (good data on Delta and I copied those questions below, thanks previous poster) but I haven't found it . Links with the info or answers below is appreciated.

-Number of paid vacation/sick days annually
-401K min/max annual contribution limits and how much matched by company
-Stock options
-Relocation allowance
-Education benefits for employee & family
-Travel benefits
-Upgrade to CAPT timeline
-Life insurance
-Short Term/Long Term/Loss of License benefits or insurance options
-Medical insurance including a TRICARE supplemental option
-Any other pertinent benefits not listed

Some of what you seek can be compared in Aero Crew News at http://issuu.com/aerocrewnews. The publication has a "Grid" section that compares many aspects of compensation, work rules, and benefits among airlines.

They put out an e-magazine that has a nice contract comparison in the back. I work at American and IMO our contract vs. Southwest the only things we have better are pay rates and 401k. The rest of their contract appears better. Upgrade at AA for a newhire would be less than 2 years for the E-190 and 8-10 years for B-737/A-320.
-vacation starts at 21 days and I think tops at 35 days.
-401k is a 16% company contribution
-no stock options
-no relocation pay except for certain circumstances
-no education benefits, though I think there is an employee scholarship.
-travel benefits on all AA and regional flights. Free in coach. Fee for first class. You can buy discounted passes on other airlines too.
- Life insurance is $70k provided by the CO. More available through the union.
-STD/LTD available. Not sure about details.
-60 hours sick pay every year.

Can anyone talk about the cost/benefit of STD/LTD/LOL through SWAPA and the cost of the Tricare Supplement?

STD is called Pilot Mutual Aid here, cost is $16 per paycheck, pays out tax free up to $6k per month after 31 days or exhaustion of sick leave until 18 months of disability.
LTD costs around $120 per month after 12 months of employment, pays out up to $12.5k per month tax free from 18 months of disability until age 65. Eligible after 12 months of employment.
LOL is paid by the company or you can elect a tax free option and pay taxes now on the imputed income of the plan so the payouts later are tax free. Pays up to $11.5k per month from 6 months after disability for up to 60 months. Eligible after 12 months of employment.
Sorry, can't help with TRICARE supplement costs.

Thanks for the link, some useful information there. Unfortunately, the tables aren't readable, or easy to scroll on a laptop. I haven't tried it yet, printing may work out better.
