Am I reading that right that under the TA a pilot would start accruing five weeks of vacation in their 12th year of service instead of the 18th year? If so I wonder if they'd retro that to this year as well for those of us that fall under that category. Less than 18 yos but more than 12.

no....No....NO! There is no reason in this negotiating environment why we should accept anything less than the platform from this mgmt team (who over the last four years have squandered away what little good will I still held towards them.)
Jon and Casey have moved the ball from our 20yd line to gk's 10. Now it's up to us to give them the mandate to go the last 10 yards.

I'm betting that over 80% of your brethren won't look beyond that number and maybe the pay rates..
Well, at least I won't ruin my perfect, multi decade, NO voting streak......

We need at least 25% no voters to keep the company honest going forward. This will pass, but they also need to realize that we will no longer be their lap dog. 88%ers can thank the 12%ers for getting us this far. Your welcome.

That is possibly the dumbest reason I have ever heard to vote no.
If it meets your individual needs/desires for a contract then vote yes. Otherwise vote no. Your vote counts the same as mine. Voting no because "I vote no on everything" or "this place needs more no voters" makes zero sense.
I fully support and understand why some are voting no IF they have an actual reason that makes sense. How is voting no keeping the company honest? Give me a break.
