I can't believe I am agreeing with DFW4LEC but Ive had the same discussions and have been told the same exact thing.

I'd be delaying things too if I was getting 98 hrs of pay to sit at a table once a month.

I agree with 100% retro for pay, sick time accrual, profit sharing, retirement and etc....

I think this is absurd.

For one I think they have integrity

For two they are zealous for getting a good contract and quickly

For three at their longevity step they stand to gain a lot more by getting an industry standard deal done and turning down the stress than sitting at 98 hours at our horrendous pay rates whilst dealing with all the stress of the job they are undertaking.

I mean the quicker they get a deal done the quicker they can make more riding guarantee than they do at 98

If you think it's warm now wait til they come away empty handed in March and we are still doing PUB crawls.
