I agree. How is that bargaining in good faith. One would think you are now at an impasse and able to start a 30 day cooling off period.

The company is probably claiming the NE storm is creating more urgent attention of their time than worrying about a contract for us🤥... and they are being obliged by the mediator... like this is the first storm Spirit has ever dealt with and doesn't know what to do with out our fearless leaders...

This summer is gonna be a s#%t show because we will be understaffed but somehow they will try and spin it on us. Unless enough bozos take JA's and MUP's to save the world.

Well of course it's always the pilots fault! A friend of mine was in the terminal the other day to hear the cancellation of one of our flights which was blamed on pilots not showing up for work!! Now granted, it could be true yet find it highly unlikely!

The mediator needs to nip this in the butt right now. The company is like a spoiled little child. If there aren't any consequences they will do it again and again. But if discipline is established early they might think twice about doing it again. Just the thought of them doing this is beyond unprofessional.

Anytime they do this it gets added to the list of "why we should get released" and "how the company disrespects the mediator." The more the better the sooner the better.

If I wasn't terrified of being banned, I would of used different vocabulary.
