Company no shows negotiations

Just like to let you guys know that the company no showed negotiations today (Monday, March 13th). Mediator was there. Nobody from the company bothered to show.
Have fun choking on that gravy, because you can forget about a new contract anytime soon!
BTW, high five for helping out with the latest winter storm!

Time for the strike vote and an office in FLL for a strike center. This session was just the inevitable build up leading to disappointment, company wasn't coming to present or accept an offer on compensation. As Coach Green would say "They were who we thought they were"

Im sure its "With the impending snow storm we needed all upper management hands on deck." Suuuuuuuck It.

Its time, ready to go. Time to start the new phase.

What happens when low tier management no call - no shows? Hopefully the mediator takes it as a big middle finger.

I doubt she will do anything. Maybe our group will wake up for a change and realize these guys only care about one thing and paying us a fair wage isn't that.

It's aggregate, so them no showing is a plus for us.
They can only pour so much BS into the mediator's coffee mug before it overflows. Also, the longer it takes, the more negatively it reflects on the mediator's ability.

Biggest detriment we have are the FAVORS that some of our colleagues do to go above and beyond and unfortunately they don't subscribe to this Rant Forum.
FLIGHT YOUR LINE AND THE CURRENT CONTRACT, no more no less.

That's refreshing, I can"t believe no one has thought of that until now.

Things are about to get real. Time to take off your stupid alma mater and put on some green. 100 % strike vote is needed.
