I think its now scheduled for 45min for a 321. It's still comical to watch the deplaning passengers literally crawl over and around the ground service cleaners while they are trying to get off the airplane. (they are instructed to rush on board the plane while pax are trying to get off ) A few years ago the clowns that ran this place tried to schedule all of our turns for 20min and I actually had a management dork tell me what a great idea it was. The previous CEO didn't care about late flights,... he was too busy counting his money.

That's about accurate, yes. 40 minutes for everyone to deplane, 40 minutes to board new pax.

As much as people complain about Spirit, we must be doing something right, because they don't want to leave the plane!

I've never seen scheduled 321 turn times of less than an hour. Now, how quickly it actually gets done depends greatly on passenger loads, the competence of the station, and how many wheelchair passengers there are......

Yep. Just flew one and turns had a hour instead of standard 50 minutes
