They could give us an industry LEADING contract and still maintain a cost advantage over other airlines (proven). We are the largest labor line item but much smaller in the overall cost of running an airline.

BWI will open right after these other supposed bases from the last 5 years MSP, DEN, IAH, ATL, LAX, and MCO. In fact, ask some of the people who were hired in that time frame why they came here. Certain management personnel were alluding to it during interviews, right about the same time they would say something about "wanting to pay us more".
