So, within the railway labor act what else would you have had them do? This is a ridiculous process that is mandated by federal law and looking at every other carrier who's management wants to draw it out it looks very similar. The big difference is that our management, lip service aside, has little interest in the product, customers, or investors. Sorry to bring up old wounds but I think the biggest misstep by the mec was JA and the meltdown of 2015; quid should not have been a handshake! No problem with the current group.

I don't propose replacing the NC if we want an industry standard deal this decade. Infighting is what the company wants. This process is a game to them and they aren't taking it seriously. Their offers are jokes and presentations are full of lies.
I honestly don't know how you can blantantly lie straight to a mediators face as to how our offer would affect the company when we have financial analysis based on facts. We can't make up these numbers.

yea, it's alpa national that is the problem. they do not care about us 1%. they have never fought for us and they never will. they screwed us on the last contract and they roll over on everything the company throws at us. they will let us rot while they collect their dues and assessments.

Two boards in one city and ads in a newspaper. Are newspapers still a thing? It's better than nothing but I want billboards in every one of our cities and trucks making laps 24/7 until a contract is signed.
