Default Spirit?

Put in application and they gave me a hogan test, which I didn't fair too well on so then I receive a "thanks but no thanks", followed by another message that said my resume has been picked up and is being considered for an interview????

Spirit's requirements these days include having both an ATP license and a pulse, and that's about it. I bet they'll call you eventually, but when they do just remember that everything everyone else has said here is true, this is Mesa with Airbuses. There isn't a future here and you will probably regret it.

I agree I applied and interviewed and got the thanks but no thanks e mail. My qualifications are over 9500TT, 3800 PIC 121 and check airmen with no failure history, who knows what they are looking for.

Unfortunately you are their last choice because they know you’ll have a chance to leave. When we get an industry standard contract you’ll be at the top of their list like you would’ve been a few years ago.

you are overqualified, they will hire mostly RJ fos who they think they can keep 5ish years
