Quite the contrary. I am waiting to hear a plan B from the naysayers, not the MEC or NC. I fully anticipate that they will step down if this is not ratified.

I met one of them following that event and he did not look like himself.
It is extremely stressful to have that dangling overhead, while negotiating.

Same here. Honestly I'm a little surprised that there were not any resignations after the TRO was issued, being that these guys risked being compromised over it. Kudos to them for sticking it out, but I have a feeling that it affected our overall bargaining power.

Man look at our on time and completion factors for the last 3 to 4 months. Hiring is not an issue right now, they have plenty of Apps from ASA guys right now that want to come here.

I’ll keep this out of the dh section thread since the ta isn’t out yet but I’d love to see multi-hour ground DH made illegal, or red eye DH, or transcon without business or a big front seat. Ground DH is a bunch of BS. Especially the 3-5hr type

Well we will have paid fatigue now. So if you are given one of these junk DH, and you're tired, bust out fatigued, collect the pay, and fill out a safety report on why it was tiresome. Maybe after enough of these, they will stop having them. If not, they will continue to pay for the fatigue calls.
