I know how to read. Why should the company be able to acquire a carrier and not merge us operationally?

Why should the company get unlimited codesharing?

I plan on going to a roadshow but there is no way to explain away that this TA allows unlimited codesharing and acquisition of another a airline without an operational merger

1.E says acquires. It doesn’t stipulate an amount. Could be 1%-100% depending on who is doing the interpreting and how it favors them.

so we are taking "industry standard" work rules, for quite a bit less than industry standard 401k, pay, and LTD, how is this a win? What will make Spirit a destination airline? Wait...so I can have the exact QOL at DL, SWA, AA, UAL, but I'd rather come to spirit to make $30 less and no profit sharing??? oh and horrendous training pay and 401k? If we take industry standard QOL and scheduling, we need the pay to match. if we take less money...which we are, then we need well above industry standard QOL. hence, current book on most things. FYI if you can be notified by ACARS and gate agents, this place will be a regional airline. IT WILL SUCK. still a no vote guys, have some dignity.

q&a says these don't constitute "positive contact" which is required.

The company may attempt to contact a pilot electronically (ACARS, voicemail, etc.) but absent acknowledgement by the pilot that does not constitute positive contact. A pilot is required to contact crew scheduling if requested to do so by station personnel.

That’s ********ed up! I’ve heard ramp/ops relaying a message to the crew once.
