Do you mean a new proposal has been drafted? TA would mean the company and the union both agreed to it, which I doubt the company agrees to even meeting for a year if this one gets shot down. I would say this is Fake News.

Exactly, a proposal, not a TA.

How about we just let the thread die. This rumor was too out there, even for APC.

The NC/MEC and ALPA National agreed to the section 25 concessions to avoid a potential multi million dollar lawsuit for the supposed “illegal job action” last year.

I suggest everyone listen to the q and a from Vegas. Minute mark 26 and 34. Questions addressing the value of the Ta and the biggest question of the cycle “what happens if we say no?”
