I am still in disbelief that this was sent out for a vote.
That's likely the result of exhaustion, NMB pressure and being sued.
Comments like these show some of the loop holes:
"It may be possible to program FLICA to prohibit the Company..."
"The Company indicated they would most likely ..."
"should the Company wish to alter the current buffers, management will need to meet and confer with MEC"
A yes vote will be a grave loss of QOL provisions which will NEVER come back, for our entire careers.
Are we that foolish, shortsighted and weak?
