What’s everyone hearing on the line compared to the 10 that always chime in on here?

I am predicting it passes by 70% to 80%. We should have a poll on the over/under on how much it passes by.:)

Regardless of the margin, I'm going to have lanyards made up with no-vote percentage printed on them. But don't worry, I'll have 2000 printed up so everyone can have one.

My personal polling has it passing around 75%

It'll pass because the reasons by the loudest 10 on APC voting 'no' are stupid.

If approached with a minute amount of intellect we might actually have a chance of getting a little more rather than asking for full retro, reduced terms, a rewrite of 25, no pbs, delta profit sharing and pay.

It's not that we're not worth every bit of that package, it's that it is impossible to NEGOTIATE.

Most no voters are the following;

1 Loud and vocal ( like a child not getting its way ).
2 Very senior and enjoy monthly conflicts.
3 Hate PBS but have never had it.
4 Have not bothered to use the educational tools available to them ( Road shows, TA website or read MEC emails.
5 Making their decision from “fake news”.
6 Voting no because they always vote no.

The people with the most to lose haven't been out on the line, they've been at home enjoying the end of their QOL.

By your definition, a part-time fast-food worker has better “QOL”.

More to it than how many days you don’t work.
