What’s everyone hearing on the line compared to the 10 that always chime in on here?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk It'll pass because the reasons by the loudest 10 on APC voting 'no' are stupid. If approached with a minute amount of intellect we might actually have a chance of getting a little more rather than asking for full retro, reduced terms, a rewrite of 25, no pbs, delta profit sharing and pay. It's not that we're not worth every bit of that package, it's that it is impossible to NEGOTIATE. |
Most no voters are the following;
1 Loud and vocal ( like a child not getting its way ). 2 Very senior and enjoy monthly conflicts. 3 Hate PBS but have never had it. 4 Have not bothered to use the educational tools available to them ( Road shows, TA website or read MEC emails. 5 Making their decision from “fake news”. 6 Voting no because they always vote no. |
The people with the most to lose haven't been out on the line, they've been at home enjoying the end of their QOL.
