Spirit Airlines deplanes woman because her 6-month-old son vomits - IBTimes India
I’d like to preface with the fact that I’ve backed up our flight attendants on every passenger removal we’ve facilitated. Also I wasn’t there to witness this and shoddy reporting being common place I’m not going to throw stones here and assume there is always more to the story.
I’ll just say that as a father of two and having one kid that was a serial spitter uper, it’s completely normal behavior for a well fed baby. I’m sure the crew made the the best decision they could assuming at least one of them was probably a parent to add some experience to the process.

F that! I can see not digging through the pile for a checked bag but a stroller is a vital piece of equipment for a mother. That station needs some serious “retraining” if that’s true.

That's too much. Once upon a time while non-revving my son and I got the last two seats. Not together, of course. As I dropped him off at his seat I asked the guy sitting next to him if he wanted to change seats with me. Why?
"My kid usually vomits on takeoff."
You've never seen anyone offer to switch seats faster.

When our son was younger, I found people usually volunteered themselves to trade seats with us when it appeared they would have to sit next to an unsupervised kid.
I always offered to pay for a drink or two, but most people declined.
