Thanks for the info, hopefully the future goes well.
Why wait? Seniority means everything at any airline. The more time you waste thinking that TPIC at a regional means anything these days the more seniority you lose at your career destination.

^^^^THIS^^^^

Particularly if Spirit IS your career destination. Put in an app. Now.

The worst that can happen is that they tell you to reapply in a year.

Just got a “please update flight times” email. Is this an automated email that everyone gets or am I looking good? Thanks.

I've never heard of such thing From my understanding you can't update your flight times in the app.

As a counter to other peoples' experience with not getting past the previous employer page, I'm pretty sure I accidentally submitted an application without any pertinent info filled in or resume attached. Now I can't even find any way to look at what was submitted (from a tablet, haven't tried on a computer).

I'm still at least a year away from the minimums(R-ATP with ~1300TT), but I went ahead and did the Gallup test and emailed a resume to the recruiters. I fully expect a TBNT or "try again next year" in the next couple of days, but you never know.

>10,000TT

Combat time, military IP time, 135 CP.
Two internal recommendations including one from an LCA.

Zip. Nada. All I can figure is that I botched the Gallup Talent Assessment test, though I have not received a "TBNT".

Same here, I've done it about 4 times and nada. Can't see how I could be failing the Gallup though🤪

I can. I'm pretty messed up. I've been married to the same woman for the past 25 years, my kids don't hate me, I still enjoy my job and seem to get along well with my coworkers.
