Sounds like you’re doing the right things. Just keep flying. When I first applied I was about your TT and at a job fair they told me to get more time. I started blocking 95hrs/mo month in and month out as a rj commuter. It was pure hell, but I had a deadline to move up or quit flying. Got hired a year and a half later after more job fairs. I told them they told me what they wanted and I went and got it.

Now of course in the last year we have hired many with much less time than you so who knows what’s going on in Miramar

Default Gallup test

Took my gallup pre-employment test over the weekend and haven't heard anything in about four days. The last time I took it, I believe they got right back to me with a "no thanks" so let's see what happens.

I filled out the application, did the gallup, and received an email for a phone interview. I was told I'd hear either way by the end of the week and have heard crickets since (about 1.5 weeks now). 3900TT 1400TPIC.

I looked at the FB “Spirit Airlines Careers” and the last one was in March and they haven’t announced any future events.

I went to a Meet the Chiefs and walked out with a class date and all the new hire paperwork so it does work but that was before the new contract. I suspect they’re getting enough apps that they don’t need to do those.

There’s one in DFW May 15th. Word is they are sending out invites to who they want to come. Sounds like a pre-interview screening based off application on file.

Since the minimums are clearly listed, it looks like the 1000 hrs ME is not just a suggestion.

I am a mil dude with about 3500TT and 1800PIC, but I only have around 170 ME. I assume this is a no go?
