This is the first step in the interview process. If you throw your computer out the window there is a message that pops up on SF’s computer that says you’re suitable material for hire.
The IT department here, while getting marginally better, has its roots based on MS-DOS and the intern hasn’t been able to find the floppy disk since 1995.
All anyone can say is try again. Start from scratch. Sprinkle fairy dust and keep trying. It’s good prep for dealing with crew pay.

12 years > 10 years, at least everywhere I've worked. If you were 24 how would you enter a full 10 year work history?

List your time as s student in the work history area. Ask for occupation say student. Salary NA. That is what I have always done in my younger years. That way the computer sees a 10 year history.

I put that I joined the military in 2006. That is greater than 10 years. I believe the website is just messed up.

Fill out every job you have had for the past 10 years starting with your current employer and if there are left over pages simple put N/A until the pages are used up and it allows you to move on with the application. It’s a clunky submission process but this worked for me.
