Following this thread really makes me want to get a north face jacket. I would have gotten one sooner if I realized how many buttons it would push :)

Get paid out twice a year. Both times were right around 5%, so for the calendar year it was roughly 10% of whatever you grossed.

Of w2 from previous year or is it a shady calculation like SkyWest who says profit sharing is 9%********

Love mine and not parting with it. Might just have to have it modified with epaulet holders and same material to cover the NorthFace and pin the wings on it. That should look as professional as the queer WW2 wannabe bomber jacket.

We should take after WN gate agents and wear shorts in the summer. Just picture it...two Spirit pilots walking up to the gate in their yellow ties and black blazers with black dress shorts.... Hey if LeBron James can rock a suit with dress shorts so can we.
