Only to ATL, but Delta regularly operated the 767-300 and -400 all through the 2000's.

Well, the bottom line is heavies can operate out in and out of LGA despite where they come from and go to after. Again, beyond that ATA's 757-300 was technically a heavy and operated just fine in and out of there.

If you can only get to JFK before you have to refuel it won't do much for that bottom line...

I imagine a 757 generally has bit more get up and go than a typical heavy.

The 757-300 is an underpowered pig when it's hot and heavy.
