They don’t have any. If that’s the actual issue at hand there is zero justification which is why they don’t want to go through expedited arbitration like they agreed to. They know they will lose so they want to stall while waiting months for an arbitration date under the normal process not paying the rigs the entire time while waiting. Then the day before the arbitration date they will fold and give us what they originally agreed to. It’s the most backhanded unethical way to do business.

Oh I know. I was speaking mostly from a lip service point of view.
